"Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa?"

Well, another day, another blog. Going fairly well so far, with 3 subscribers and one comment... Well, I may as well keep doing it. Someone gave me a topic to write about, and I want to vent, so here we go. Wait... now? Yeah... well then...

Gay Marriage (GASP!) and Parents

Well, I guess I'll start with some simple venting. Tonight, I was supposed to be hanging out with my friend J starting at 5 o'clock, but my parents decided to tell me I had to watch my little brother till 6. Not a big deal, just an hour late. THEN at 6 o'clock I get a call saying "We're also going to dinner, it'll take about half an hour. Hour and half later, I get a call saying "Almost done with dinner, see you in a little while. Gosh.

Another thing to vent about. People seem to expect less from me, or don't know that I have the basic common sense of any normal human being. I am not a druggie, not a redneck, not any of inferior peoples who would decide that taking the dark, scary looking tunnel in a horror movie without turning
 on the light switch.

You see, we have a little issue going on with our group right now. People like each other, and they're making it really uncomfortable to be around them, and sometimes each other, so everyone just kinda doesn't want it to be rushed, so the group doesn't have a schism and end up at each others throats. Well, when people lecture me about what I HAVE to do, rather than what I SHOULD do, it makes me want to strangle a helpless baby animal... Well, it depends what time of animal we're talking about here.

Moving on. Gay Marriage. That's right, I said it. The thing that Christians and Catholics fear and the Gay community LOVES. Like literally........ awkward. Anywho, this is my opinion on it:

I don't care. That's it. If those die-hard Christians out there want to fight it, be my guest. Now, don't get me wrong, I am a Christian. I believe in God, and all that jazz, but I can't stand that people want to infringe other people's rights and lives just because they believe that it is wrong. It's like looking back at slavery. Why did the whites enslave the blacks? They believed they were inferior people, and they CHOSE what they had and didn't have. We are doing the same thing. We are CHOOSING how the gay community spends THEIR lives.

So that's it. Do what you want, but leave me out of it. I don't want my tax dollars funding the ink and paper it takes to write a new law to ban gay marriage. Hell, might as well ban straight marriage while we're at it to, right? Call it something else... CIVIL JOINING. That's it, that's the law I will pass. Enjoy it.

Now that I have covered that topic, I need a new one. Be my guest, anything at all.

Well, that's it. Hoped you enjoyed reading.

Quote of the Day
"When life gives you lemons, and somehow you end up with apple juice, all you do is drink it and say thank you."
